Reporting a calculation error
Please include:
- Your shift pattern (e.g. 4 crews 2 shifts) and the month you calculated
- Hourly or monthly pay, and the amount
- Which item you think is wrong, and why
- The result image (use “Save result as image” in the calculator)
Please do not send
Do not send sensitive personal information such as your resident or alien registration number, passport number, bank account number, or a photo of your original payslip.
